I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and am currently busy with in-home personal training, working as a personal trainer at the North York YMCA, and at Strength in Motion where I specialize in training aspiring young athletes. Currently my clientele consists of men and women interested in fat loss and general health, while much of my experience between 2007-2009 involved training elite athletes from high school up through professional athletes in hockey and football.
My academic history most recently involves graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2009. Continuing education has been a priority for me since becoming a personal trainer in 2007, and is even moreso now to complement the formal academic education I have completed.
One of my other passions in life has been baseball, which I still play every summer without fail. The picture of me is from last summer (2010). However my busy schedule only allows me to play recreational ball, which was probably a blessing in disguise as I enjoy playing now more than ever.
Talk soon,
CB
